User Eligibility & Account Registration To list a property or use certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding contracts under Indian law. 3. Listing Guidelines & RERA Compliance For users listing properties for sale or rent in the Tricity area (Chandigarh, Punjab, and Haryana jurisdictions): Accuracy: You guarantee that all property details, images, prices, and locations (e.g., Mohali, Zirakpur, Panchkula) are accurate, truthful, and not misleading. RERA Compliance: For commercial or residential projects that fall under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA), the advertiser must provide the valid RERA registration number in the listing. KeyToHome reserves the right to delete listings lacking mandatory RERA details without prior notice. Prohibited Content: You shall not upload malicious code, infringing material, or any content that violates intellectual property or local advertising laws. 4. Verification & Due Diligence Disclaimer No Endorsement: While KeyToHome strives to maintain high-quality listings, we do not verify, validate, or endorse the legal title, structural condition, or RERA status of any listed property. User Responsibility: Buyers and tenants are strictly advised to conduct independent due diligence, physical site visits, and legal title checks before making any financial commitments, advances, or signing agreements. KeyToHome is not liable for any fraud, misrepresentation, or financial loss resulting from interactions on this platform. 5. Intellectual Property Rights All content, logos, trademarks, user interfaces, and software on KeyToHome are the intellectual property of KeyToHome. By posting a property listing, you grant KeyToHome a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, modify, and distribute your listing content for promotional purposes. 6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeyToHome, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from: Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in property listings. Any deals, negotiations, or disputes arising between buyers, tenants, owners, or builders. Temporary downtime or technical disruptions of the website. 7. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KeyToHome from any claims, losses, liabilities, or legal fees arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or any false information provided in your property listings. 8.
